Take the 600 mg dose for at least three to four weeks before deciding whether or not you need to increase dosage. You may increase the dosage all the way up to four 500mg doses daily for a total of 2000 turmeric daily.

Although turmeric is safe, it is not recommended for people with gall bladder problems. People taking blood thinners need to consult their doctors before taking turmeric due to possible interactions.
