Good Advice For Any Detox
1. Eliminate 3 "whites": salt, sugar, and flower.
2. Drink More fluids: water is better (or any drinks that has no sugar, artificial colors, sugar substitute or any other chemicals). I like green tea.
3. Escape whole grain bread, corn syrup, processed soy product
4. Eliminate Bad Fat: butter substitute, hydrogenated oil, canola oil, red meat, shellfish products
5. Eat More Good Fats: olive oil, fresh fish, turkey, row nuts, avocados, sweet potatoes.
6. Enjoy Health snacks (read ingredients), more fruits and vegetables, more nuts.
