Carrot Juice Fast & Detox

  • 3 carrots
  • 1 apple
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 beetroot
  • 1 stick celery
  • 2 large kyle leaves

Preparing Your Ingredients for Juicing

Carrots - You can leave the skin on the carrots, so there is no real need to peel them. They may come somewhat dirty so it's important to give the carrots a nice scrub with a tough nylon bristle brush. To do so, simply brush the carrots with the brush while rinsing them under running cold water.
